About AFGE...

AFGE is an ongoing forum encouraging discussion, information exchange and debate between companies and their shareholders on subjects pertaining to Corporate Government principles, ethics and sustainable development.

AFGE brings together through this common objective various shareholders: institutional, individual, employed or not, companies and organisations, with the goal of promoting these principles, integrating them within company structures, and continuously watching over their implementation.

AFGE strives to help companies rediscover the confidence of all shareholders (individual or institutional) that invest in shares, allowing these investors to express their legitimate expectations regarding Corporate Governance, sustainable development and ethical principles.
